For over 40 years (since Regan and before), the US Government has become deafer and deafer to the voice of the people and our communities. ​Our politicians are in it for themselves. They're amassing wealth while our streets are overflowing with homelessness and despair; and they're making self-serving deals while our planet dies. We have written letters, called our officials and stormed the ballot box, but nothing has changed.​
It is time for us to stop being appeased, and to step up and build the future we have been fighting for!
We Declare This Regime Illegitimate ~
We The People of the United States declare the trump regime illegitimate under the US Constitution as stated in the Bill of Rights, 14th Amendment, Sec. 3 the “Disqualification Act”. Trump was Constitutionally prohibited for running for office.

Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

We Demand Removal From Office ~
On Jan. 6, 2021, the trump regime incited an insurrection against the United States and all of its people. This same regime, through a conspiratorial coup, has now overtaken the lawful government of the United States and has installed its own brutal, totalitarian regime.

The people of the United States demand, through the lawful execution of Article II, Sec. 4 of our sacred Constitution, the immediate removal of this treasonous individual, and the ousting of all parties to his regime.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
